PROCESSING TIME: The current processing time is up to 2 weeks + shipping. NEED IT FAST? CARE: Clean by shaking outside. Do not use cleaning detergents on the doormat; will discolor. Keep in a sheltered area such as a covered porch, patio, entryway or garage to prolong the life of the doormat. Direct rain, snow and weather are not recommended since it can take a long time for the doormat to dry out completely and may cause discoloration if it dries unevenly.

Unfortunately, these things do happen sometimes! Please contact me within 5 business days of the delivery date with a picture attached of the damage/mistake and I will get a replacement in the mail for you!
