POLICY:
Please read all instructions for personalized items when you are making your purchase. Due to the nature of the items being personalized, I cannot issue refunds due to a customer listing initials in the wrong order or the misspelling of names. Each personalized item in my shop includes clear instructions on how the initials should be listed for monograms, and examples are given in each description as well.

I want all of my customers to be pleased with their purchase. If I have made a mistake on your order, I will be happy to redo your order as quickly as possible or offer you a complete refund, whichever you prefer.

Due to the customized nature of the products I offer, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

DELAY IN THE MAIL SYSTEM:
I cannot be responsible for the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. If your order is delayed because of a mail delay, I will provide the tracking information and I will assist to locate your package in as timely a manner as possible.

As these are custom items, I can not offer cash refunds for missing packages.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES:
All items are shipped USPS first class. My processing times for all orders is 10-14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. If the item is the same price for priority shipping as first class, I will always ship priority which has a shipping transit time of 3-4 days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Message me for specifics. You can find your scheduled shipping date on your order. If you need your item to ship before my posted scheduled shipping times, please contact me via Etsy message prior to placing your order. I'm always happy to work with customers on delivery times when I can.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE THEIR CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF A PACKAGE IS SENT TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

RETURNED ITEMS:
IF AN ITEM IS SHIPPED AND COMES BACK TO ME MARKED "UNDELIVERABLE" OR "NO SUCH ADDRESS" IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES INVOLVED WITH REROUTING THE PACKAGE.

PRIORITY SHIPPING OPTION:
If you need your order to ship other than First Class Rate, you will need to purchase the item listed in my shop as "Priority Ship" USPS states that Priority Shipping has a 2-3 day shipping transit time. This means that from the day that I ship your package, it will take 2-3 days to reach your door.

LOST PACKAGES:
THE ITEMS I OFFER ARE CUSTOM MADE, THEREFORE, I CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR MISSING PACKAGES. Once a package is shipped you will receive a notification along with tracking number via Etsy. You can log in to your Etsy account and track your package at any time. If there are shipping delays, you will be notified of that through the tracking info. If it does not arrive to you, but the USPS tracking system shows that it was delivered or in transit, I cannot offer a refund.

NON RESPONSE POLICY:
If you place an order with my shop and do not include all requested information that is needed to complete your order, I will contact you via Etsy and send you an email to the email address listed on your order.

I will attempt to contact you 3 times to get the information needed to complete your order. After the 3rd attempt, if I there is no response from you, your order will be cancelled! SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE DESCRIPTON OF EACH ITEM AND LIST ALL PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION THAT IS NEEDED WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER! Having to contact a customer repeatedly, takes valuable production time away from my shop and it clutters your Etsy message box!
