I request a 4-6 week lead time. 3-4 weeks is standard on most styles - but not guaranteed. Wedges require more time, 6 weeks is to be expected.

RUSH cannot be applied to wedges and other certain styles.
All of my flip flops come in whole sizes. When trying to decide on sizing, I recommend following this guideline:
If you wear more of a 7/ 7.5, then a 7 would be a better fit for you.
If you wear more of a 7.5/ 8, then the 8 would be a better fit.

Sure! Most styles can be adapted to a wedge heel flip flop. A wedge upgrade incurs an additional fee - please inquire prior to purchase. Wedges come in white and are 1.5" high.

I carry a 2.5-2.75" inch wedge for the embellished styles.
All of my items are custom, made to order according to the information you provide to me (color, size, style). I offer white shoe Try-On service for fit, therefore, items are not returnable nor exchangeable for size.


(*NOTE: My shoes are handmade. The occasional visible adhesive or hot glue strand can be quite normal & not considered a defect.)

Don't Panic! More often than not, it's with a neighbor, been put in wrong bin in mail room or a household member grabbed it out of the mailbox and forgot about it. Check around your home, ask your neighbor etc first.

Unfortunately, I have no control over your package once it leaves my hands. I take pictures of the items shipped and also do not ship to any address other than the one provided on your order. Please be sure it is up to date and correct.

It is up to the customer to keep track of the tracking of their package. Should it show up as delivered, but you did not receive it, feel free to reach out to me and I will help guide you through the USPS process. USPS takes mail theft very seriously.
More often than not, these will come back to me as "Return to Sender" with time, however, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery charge. I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or missed deadlines due to an incorrectly provided address. I ship to the address you provide at time of checkout. Replacements or refund will not be given if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address.

Etsy allows you to check the address before finalizing your order, be sure to double check that everything is correct and up-to-date.
Yes of course I do! For custom reserved orders, ask for a quote. When purchasing multiple listings, the cart will auto calculate the discounted multiple shipping & handing.
