You may return/exchange an order, except custom ones, within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, after that period of time exchanges or returns will not be possible.

We offer two options for return:
1. We can arrange a paid return shipping via DHL. Please contact us for more info
2. The customer can arrange the delivery themselves. NOTE! It is very important you contact us before sending anything back so we can give you proper address and instructions!

If you wish to exchange an item, first you have to return the old one.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note we do not take responsibility for lost packages! If the package gets lost, no returns and exchanges will be possible.

All of our items are handmade which means that they require certain time to get ready before shipping.


NOTE! THIS TIMING IS FOR THE SHIPPING ITSELF AND COUNTS AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT! WE NEED TIME FOR PRODUCTION.


All orders from the US and CANADA are shipped via DHL express service. For all countries outside of the European Union, we also use DHL express.

For the countries in the European Union, we use different local couriers but always with their Premium service.

The shipping time for the countries in the European Union is about 5-10 days; for Romania and Greece is about 2-3 days; for the rest of the countries outside of the European Union is 2-4 days; for the US and Canada is 2-3 days.

The preparation and shipping time depend on the order itself therefore in order for us to be able to give full details, we would need to know the following:

- what are you interested in
- which color are you looking for
- which size do you wear / do you need a custom size
- how soon is the product needed
- where are you located

After consulting with our production team, you will be notified of the possibilities.

Our customers are not required to pay anything extra except the price of the item/items and the shipping cost. However, if you do find yourself in a situation in which you are asked to pay any taxes, please contact us immediately so we can investigate it.
