This small, bold candleholder is a perfect example of Bitossi’s iconic ceramic range, created in 1959 and produced throughout the 60s and 70s. Designed by Aldo Londi and featuring the instantly recognisable imprinted diamond and dot pattern and 'Rimini blue'/green glaze that Bitossi are so well known for. This is such a simple little piece, but it still packs a real punch! Perfect for use with candles or just as a decorative piece of mid-century design, it wil be a perfect addition to any home. Marked on the based ‘736 Italy’.

Height: 4.5cm / 1.8”
Width: 10cm / 4”

The condition of this piece is generally good. There is some light crazing across most surfaces, as well as some general signs of use. There are also various very small nicks and glaze flakes on the rim but these do not affect the overall look of the piece. There are also various little marks and imperfections that are often found of ceramics of this style. A really great example of this classic design! Don’t miss out!
