2- We gave you the wrong item.
Absolutely no returns or refunds are given because a customer feels the lettering does not look like the name they asked for ..Only if a letter is missing or added.All personalization is done exactly as it is left for us in the note section of the order .If a ♥ is wanted on the hanger it must be asked for in the note section ,, its not automatic.

We make no guarantees of shipment timeline. We notify via email that your order has shipped and when you can expect it with a general window of 3-5 days. We cannot control USPS . We will not issue a refund or replacement because delivery timeline expectations were not met.If item shows delivered no refunds are given.
