Vintage Crazy Quilt Lamp Shade

This lampshade is on what I call my small round frame. It's made from a very well constructed, machine sewn vintage crazy quilt top. The fabrics in the crazy quilt are rayon dress prints from the WW2 era. Since the quilt top was never made into a finished quilt, all the fabrics are bright and new looking. This very unique lampshade would be perfect to add to your cottage style bedroom.

The measurments are top 6, and bottom 13 inches across, 9.75 inches tall, and fits on an 8 inch harp. (The harp is the metal part that comes up over the lightbulb. If your harp is not the right size, you can get a new one in a hardware, or lamp store.) I have all my frames made with wide tops, to let the heat from the bulb rise. This lampshade is suitable for a 60 watt regular incandescent, or florescent lightbulb only.

These lampshades don't weigh much, but they do go into a big box, so because of the volume, shipping cost is always high. I do ship internationally, so please convo me with your address, and I'll reply with your shipping cost.
