Have you ever noticed the flash off the back of a bottlefly? The blue-green hue is lusterous. It is a reminder to find beauty by noticing the gorgeous details of nature. Even in the ugliest of situations, you can still find something beautiful or brilliant. The photo reference for this piece was taken at the Olbrich Botanical Gardens in Madison, Wisconsin.

Artwork will fit in a standard sized mat and/or frame.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
I accept all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. (Credit card payments will be processed through PayPal. You do not need to sign up with PayPal to pay with a credit card.) I also accept money orders and personal checks with advance notice and verification. I'll ship the item when payment by check or money order is confirmed.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If a credit card/PayPal payment is not completed within 3 days, the order will be canceled. If a personal check/money order is not received within 7 days, the order will be canceled.

All applicable taxes will be collected for purchases made in the state of Illinois.

Returns & exchanges

I honestly want every customer to be happy with their purchase. You may return the item within three days of purchase for any reason to receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

IMPORTANT: To return your item, please convo me to receive your return authorization number. Items returned without authorization will NOT receive a refund.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed and return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser.

To receive a refund, the item must arrive in the same condition it left my studio.

If there are any concerns at all, please convo me within three days of receipt confirmation and we will work something out. I really want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

2D pieces are shipped sandwiched between two pieces of foamcore in a protective sleeve.

Every effort is made to ensure your artwork reaches you safely. You will be notified via email when your order ships.

I will ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe automatically. If you live in another part of this big blue marble, convo me and we'll see if we can work something out.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.
