This is one of a series of great door pairings in the Fairmount/Art Museum section of Philadelphia.

In the print you can see all of the door personality like the bright purple and green paint on the doors, the detailed carving, and the centered mini tree on the landing.

The photograph is professionally and locally printed on glossy, high quality paper. It will have a white border around the image and be signed and dated on the back.

Fairmount is a great little neighborhood. "Close to Center City, Fairmount Park, and the Philadelphia Art Museum, its strong community spirit, great amenities, and beautiful historic houses, the Fairmount neighborhood has become a much sought-after place to live. Yet, the neighborhood’s character is also defined by families who have lived here for many generations."

I chose doors from some of the old historic houses on Green St. or Wallace as well as the doors of local two story row homes which still retain some of their 1960's look. I looked for bright, colorful, quirky doors and strange juxtapositions between neighboring houses, or twin doors with matching or coordinating neighbors.
