'Sajan Singh Sarna founded an import company based on Indian Brass items that were cast by his family in India and carved by artisans of the Indian brass "cottage" industry. He imported numerous bells between the late 1920s and his death in the 1970s. His company was known as "Bells of Sarna" and was headquartered in NYC.'
One internet writer states: 'These (bells) are so interesting because of their distinctive "ring" which is much (more) like a crystal glass than a tin sound.'

If you go to:
you can read the "Story of Bells of Sarna as Told by S. S. Sarna".

This bell is complete with its Story Tag and reads "Copyright 1949". It is named as one of the "India Elephant Bells".

I have cleaned and shined this bell.
Measures: 2.5" tall & 1.5" across (diameter).

Excellent Vintage Condition. Story Tag has minimal crease across one corner, but overall clean & excellent condition.

Weight = 1.8 oz.

I have one other confirmed Sarna Bell in my shop (with Story Tag). See the 'Vintage Collectables' section of my shop for other brass items, brass bells, India collectables, China collectables & Thai collectables.
