Adult tutu skirt made in sizes XS - Plus size - A beautiful mix of lavender tulle and black sheer pink sparkle fabric. This tulle skirt is great for dance, clubbing, costumes, bachelorette parties, 80s events and so much more. This tutu is handmade from two layers 25yards of soft smooth lavender Bridal tulle that is 12" long. All tulle is tightly machine gathered before adding a 9" long black sheer fabric with pink sparkle on top. The black Sheer fabric has a rolled hemmed edge to keep it from fraying. Tulle and fabric are serged and sewn to the black fabric covered elastic waistband. This tutu is fully sewn, never tied. It is made at 12" long.

LENGTH: 9" long fabric, 12" long tulle. Want to know the best way to measure the perfect Length. Measure from where you wear your waistband down 12", that is just about where this tutu will land.
