The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs

All Canadian and overseas shipping is for regular mail service (light packet) with Canada Post. Please note that tracking numbers are not provided for this service with overseas orders. If you wish to have a tracking number on a delivery please contact us for pricing.

Exceptions are on larger items like our Code Mode and Plant Light will have a tracking numbers.

All US orders are now shipping with a courier and USPS. Shipments are posted with USPS on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Shipping cut off for those delivery days are the day before around 1pm MST. We do our best to try to get as many orders out same day as possible.
Wholesale is available on some of our product line. Please contact us for more information.
All custom orders will have a proof for you to approve before we start production. All custom orders are non-refundable after proof has been approved.
We do accept returns if you are not satisfied with your product. Please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your item. All products must be returned to our Canadian address in order to qualify for a return.

Orders where it is our mistake we will gladly take steps to remedy the situation. Again please contact us as soon as the error is noticed.
