What could be better than this stylized palm front of a coral dish?

In 1938, this Mr. Wright set upon rethinking the American table to make life easier. The resulting American Modern line was a colorful set of dishware in biomorphic shapes that, at the end of the day, just make food look good.

Russel Wright manufactured by Steubenville between 1938 and 19, coral glaze with mottled with subtle dark gray-brown dots. Beautiful condition.

Approximately 13 inches (l); 10 inches (w)
