These buildings have seen it all, and stood strong as it all went down..

This is a professionally-printed archival inkjet reproduction of an original painting, printed with pigmented inks on Somerset Velvet rag paper.

Paper size: 12" tall x 9.75" wide
Image size: 9.75" tall x 8.5" wide

There is a 1" white border around the image. The paper has a matte finish, and is similar in texture to watercolor or printmaking paper.

This is a high-quality, open-edition print of an original mixed-media painting that I made in 2008.

The original painting is 20" tall x 15" wide, made with encaustic, oil paint, graphite, and salvaged materials: old maps, sheet music, ticket stubs, pieces of my Spanish lessons, stamps, and photocopy transfers of photographs I took in Mexico and Guatemala.

This piece was inspired by time I spent in Mexico and Guatemala, studying Spanish and learning about indigenous struggles for justice & autonomy in their communities. It is filled with personal collage elements and is very dear to me.

The print is signed and dated by me on the back.

Your print will be carefully packaged and shipped flat in a protective clear sleeve and sturdy mailer. I create, handle, wrap, and ship all my work with utmost care & respect.

Professional, high-quality inkjet prints of most of my paintings are available in a size of your choice. Please let me know if you are interested in ordering a print of a different piece or size.
