The centerpiece of this necklace is an authentic antique Roskopf pocket watch case front cover from the early 1900's. If you look closely, you will see the repoussed outline of a woman's profile with incredible detail in her headpiece. The centerpiece is signed with the initials "R.H.". Had this case been turned into a watch it would have formed a hinged cover for the timepiece. It has been firmly attached to vintage brass branch elements, on which I have riveted bees and beetles. These branch elements end with retaining rings where they are attached to a 12" length of a defunct crystal rosary. Two more rosary sections create dangles on either side of the case cover and are accented with pale green vintage Swarovski crystals. A safety clasp keeps it all together.
