A hand-painted paper mache box by the Hanway Mill House, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Inspired by the love of old houses and the colonial life. Each box goes thru seven steps of painting, design, distress and antiquing. I love to make new things look old and worn. Each box is painted black inside, signed and dated. Arrives in a cello bag with a tie. Every box is always a little different in size or shape or shading. I use various parts of many stencils added with hand painting to create unique and different themes.

May be you have seen my boxes in:

Country Home Magizine, 2007 September
Country Sampler Magizine, 2008 January
The Country House Catalog, Summer 2008
Romantic Homes Baths and Bedrooms Magizine, Summer 2008

They are sensational as gift boxes for extra special gifts or just for yourself. They come in various sizes and you can order special and in quantity. Great for the colonial, Early American, Victorian home and modern folk art.

Handpainted with Colonial Charm!
