Discover the gorgeous drape and shine of soy silk yourself!

This fibre is a by-product of the tofu making process, made from waste - recycling at its best.
No chemicals are used in this process and it is entirely biodegradable, which makes soy silk a very environmentally friendly fibre. Due to being plant based it is also suitable for vegans and people with wool allergies.

But it is not only the production which make this a great fibre! The finished yarn is about a worsted weight with a beautifully dense quality it shares with other plant fibres. In addition is has the same lustre and drape as silk and is very smooth and soft. The natural colour is a creamy gold with just a hint of copper.

This skein just feels so good, heavy and luxurious whilst almost flowing off your hand. It also dries very quickly, which is always a plus.

Allergy advice: spun in an entirely smoke and pet free home. This is a vegan yarn, please hand wash for best results.
