Description

This silk Oscar de la Renta skirt is done in a graphic floral print with bright red, purple and turquoise. The style has a relaxed fit, giving it an especially fluid drape, and features a snap closure at the side and pockets. It provides great coverage in a breezy, light-as-air layer that’s perfect for the beach or dancing. Labeled "Ms. O by Oscar de la Renta". *Purchasing with the matching peasant top to make a fabulous ensemble!

Oscar de la Renta originally from the Dominican Republic and worked in Europe during the 1950s, first for Balenciaga and then at Lanvin. In 1963 he arrived in the US where he worked at Elizabeth Arden, until 1965. He then went to Jane Derby, where he was head designer before buying the company in 1969, changing it to his own label. From evening gowns to peasant dresses, his clothing has always been opulent, romantic, extravagant, feminine, and ornate.
