It's so pretty. <3 At last customs released it from their grasping hands, and it is even nicer than I expected. I love how it is made from eco friendly materials, a bonus I think. Thank you so much for enlarging the notch too, it will be really helpful with plying! An edit: due to the quality, I am buying two more of her smaller spindles, they are smooth as silk.

I love this spindle! It's great quality. It looks beautiful, and spinning with it is so smooth - the curves of the spindle line up well with hand-hold spots, the notch is well-designed for holding the yarn as you work, and the whole spindle is super smooth so you never have to worry about the yarn getting caught on a rough spot. The balance of it is perfect, so there isn't any wobbling as you work. It's heavier than my other spindles, which I really love for certain types of fiber and yarn. A friend who sells her handspun recommended it to me because it's her top favorite spindle - I'm so glad I went with her suggestion and ordered one for myself!
