All of my items are made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be created before shipping. Multiple items and bridal orders take 1-2 weeks. Your shipping price includes delivery confirmation (within the US). Jewelry is ready for gift-giving and comes in a decorated recycled paper kraft box.
USA SHIPPING:
When your package ships, you will receive shipping information from me and you can track your package online. Please allow a couple of days for tracking to show up. Make sure you check your junk mail and that you have provided the correct e-mail address. I also check off the 'shipped' box that you can find under 'your purchases'.
I am not able to guarantee delivery dates on any order, but I'll do my best to give you an estimated time frame.
PRIORITY MAIL: Is not able to be guaranteed, but usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive from shipment date.

Additional policies
CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY:
Silver and brass will eventually tarnish; gold-fill may need to be cleaned. I recommend using a jewelry cleaning cloth to polish your jewelry. You can find these easily on Amazon and other sites. My favorite way to clean my own silver chains is to use an equal mixture of baking soda and salt in a foil lined container and pour boiling water in. Then dip your chain onto the silver. It's easy and no harsh chemicals needed!
Do not store your jewelry out in the open air or in direct sunlight. This will speed tarnish. I also strongly advise you to not wear your jewelry in the shower or while swimming.
I am happy to alter most chain lengths if possible, just ask! :-) Sterling and Gold fill chains may have an extra charge.
