This is LUX quality doll.

This doll is made TO ORDER.
You will receive almost exact same toy with slight changes.
Any exact changes are made upon agreement between Master and Buyer.

Yes, we can make custom orders and orders as per your wishes in doll's change of cloth, hair, colors and accessories.

We can make dolls of the following sizes: 23 cm (9,05 inch), 27 cm (10,6 inch), 28 cm (11,02 inch), 30 cm (11,8 inch), 32 cm (12,59 inch), 35 cm (13,77 inch), 42 cm (16,53 inch), 43 cm (16,92 inch).
Standard size is 29-30 cm and 40-42 cm. If you want to change doll's size, which in not stated in doll's description, please, send us a question.

Please, note: dry clean only. Dolls and toys do not contain any timber or metal frames inside.

We use standard boxes and packing paper. If you need gift package, we can do it also. Please, ask us for details before ordering.

We can make discounts for wholesale requests. But, please, pay attention to the fact that we are not mass production factory. We make handmade and our month production is limited. So we cannot give big discounts.

Yes, we can ship to any country.

Yes, we can. Before order please ask us for details. We will need to know your full address. After that we will contact express delivery service to find out the price and give this information to you. In case of express delivery usual shipment time is 5-7 working days. Usual standard shipment by registered air mail varies depending on country of destination. Usually it is from 2 to 4 weeks. Sometimes faster, sometimes longer. Our appologies, we cannot guarantee these dates since we cannot influence on post companies.
