Returns & exchanges
If you do not receive your purchased item within 4 weeks it is your responsibility to contact us.
If you feel the items you receive are not what you expected, you may return them in original condition within 10 days for a refund, minus shipping charges.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us so we can make arrangements to replace it for you. It will not leave my shop damaged and the Postal Service requires photos and proof of damage while in their care.

Any costs incurred above regular shipping are the buyer`s responsibility.

We are waiting for Etsy to allow us to charge actual shipping by State, but at this time this option is not available. If your actual postage ends up being less by more than $1 we will refund the overage.
