Description

This Southwestern Native American inspired Turquoise Feather pendant is handmade from polymer clay with beautiful liquid silver fringe. It is custom crafted, hand-sanded, and buffed to a glass-like sheen then strung on simple black cord for a wonderful statement necklace. The polymer clay millefiori canes and faux turquoise technique that the pendant is created from are my own and from various classes I teach on CraftArtEdu.com. The wearable piece of art is one of a kind and comes with my signature cane on the reverse. It is strung on 22" of buna cord.

* Length with fringe: 4 1/4"
* Width: 2"
* Materials used: Premo, Fimo, Kato

Every piece of custom jewelry I create is unique. The millefiori canes I use are sculpted from different colored clay to produce the intricate image in the bead. The process can take from 2 hrs to 24 or more hours depending on the complexity of the cane design. The canes used to create it are all of my own unique, original design. Each piece of jewelry art is created by hand, so no two will ever be the same. The colors are vibrant and have been hand sanded and buffed to produced a wonderful shine.

Additional policies

► Do you have additional beads?

I often do have more beads than what is listed. If you'd like me to edit your order to include a few more of the beads please let me know! Or, for many of what I sell, you can buy the beads as Made-to-Order.

► How does Made-to-Order work?

Many of my beads are a similar design on several bead shapes. Since I make my own canes, I can often recreate designs as needed. For Made-to-Order beads:

• You scoop up the sets you want or see them in my Sold Items and let me know
• I convo you with my projected finish & ship date, usually 1-2 weeks or less
• I send the beads out, you have new lovelies!

A note about Made-to-Order: The beads are made with the latest batch of canes (the designs) I have for that theme. There may be slight variations from the 'stock' photo.

► Are clay beads durable?

Yes, they are. Like any other art bead, they need to be treated well - cleaning should be done with a soft rag and warm water. Hair sprays or perfumes should be applied ahead of jewelry using these beads as the chemicals in those products can strip the finishes over time.

While the beads are waterproof I always suggest removing jewelry (any jewelry) before washing dishes, swimming or bathing.

► Do you do custom orders?

Custom orders are cheerfully attempted. Convo me and we can see if I can help you!

► Do you offer wholesale or volume discounts?

I do! Volume discounts are often built into the prices of my bead sets. For example, I regularly sell six beads for the price of 5. If you are interested in much larger quantities, we can work out discounts based on that, as well.

If you need to discuss volume or wholesale options, please convo me and we can arrange the details including order lead time.
