Unfortunately I am not able to make custom charms - The process for making the charms takes several weeks, and the resin I use to coat the charms needs warm weather to cure properly, so I only make charms in big batches a few times a year during the summer and can't do it on request.

Most knit items that are made from acrylic or mostly acrylic are machine washable and dryable. Use gentle settings. Knit items may become softer and fuzzier with washing. To keep them closer to their original state, you can also hand wash them gently and lay them flat to dry.

Wool items, or items with high wool or animal fiber content, can be trickier to wash. If placed in a washing machine or washed with high warmth, these items can shrink and felt, so do not do this or your knit item may be ruined. It is best to hand wash these items gently in cold water, and lay them flat to air dry.

The charms are printed with inkjet ink and need to be kept dry to stay in best condition. I seal both sides of the charms with resin to get the charms as water resistant as possible, but if exposed to water or dampness there is still a chance that water can soak through the coating and the ink can run. If the charms get wet, wipe them dry asap, and make sure there is no moisture trapped between charms. If dirt gets on the charms, wipe with a dry cloth. If that does not remove the dirt, a fast-drying wipe like those used for electronics may work.

The resin coating is fairly sturdy, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee that water or any liquid cleaning products will not damage the charms.
