Taken near a Yemenite restaurant called Mulunga, in Tel Aviv. The image makes me think of the Hebrew word, Beshert, which means meant to be. Or the song, Aren't We a Pair. It's all about love and togetherness. An amazingly sweet theme for graffiti. From an ongoing series titled Graffiti Grab: this photograph is called Lemurs' L'Amour.

I'm totally obsessed by graffiti, by its wide range of topics and especially by the thought that it's all so temperal - the elements and competing graffiti artists cause deterioration to the original works and before long they've disappeared. All that remains at that point are any photographs taken of them that attest to their existence...
