Description

If you're dreaming of an organized, stress-free Christmas season, you have come to the right place! Here you will find what I refer to as "The Ultimate Christmas Planner." It has helped me streamline and simplify the busy holiday season so I can enjoy it as much as possible. It allows me to plan everything in advance so my efforts can be directed towards celebrating and relaxing a little with my family and friends instead of stressing over the details.

All the pages are 8.5"x11" which makes it easy to print in the convenience of your own home. And since this is a digital download, you will receive the files via email instantly upon receipt of payment, which means you can purchase, print, and start to organize within minutes!

Here's what you will find in this Ultimate Christmas Planner:

1. Cover pages: two matching 8.5"x11" sheets with a whimsical snowflake pattern and a title on the first sheet that reads, "Christmas Planner." The second (back) sheet reads, "Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!" towards the bottom of the sheet. These are great for sliding in the front and back spaces of a clear-view binder. There is also a sheet with varying widths of the same patterned paper that you could cut out and use for the spine of your binder (or you could simply use coordinating card stock).

2. Recipe Index page: This is where you write down all the names of the Christmas recipes you want to keep in your organizer. Whether it is a festive treat, your traditional entree, or your mother's famous side dish, taking a quick look at your index will make it easy to see all the recipes you love to make at Christmastime.

3. Full-sheet Recipe pages: Once you've written in the names of your holiday recipes in the index, write out the recipes on their own sheet and store them in page protectors (makes them last longer!). There are 6 different styles/patterns.

4. Print-and-Cut Recipe Cards: Whether you print these cards to share your amazing recipes with neighbors or simply want to have a smaller card to write your recipes on, there are 4 different colors/patterns on approx half-sheet cards that you can print and cut out. Remember, you can print out as many as you want for personal use!

5. September to December Monthly Calendars: Some people (like myself) love to start thinking about and planning Christmas early...as in September! Included in this planner are 4 monthly calendars from September through December and all are "evergreen", meaning they are not dated so you can print them out year after year and write in your own dates!

6. Daily To-do List: I live by daily to-do lists. But if you're going to plan Christmas to-do's, this is a cute way to do it! There is one sheet that has 6 boxes - one for each day of the first five days of the week + one for the weekend. You can print this page and write in the dates for that week and keep it in your planner, or cut out each individual day's list and carry it around with you while you run your errands.

7. Merry Note Papers: There are 3 pages with two "merry notes" spaces on each page. They are blank, so you are free to print them, cut them out, and write in your own notes for the holiday season.

8. Budget Tracker: Because it is so easy for it to get away from us this time of year! There is a section at the top where you write in your spending categories, such as "groceries," "gifts," "decorations," "party supplies," etc. Make your own categories and set a budget for each one. Then in the second section, you keep track of all of your spending and record which category the money is going towards so you can add up all the ones in that category and see where you stand in terms of budget.

9. Gift Planner: You have a lot of people to buy for. Keep it organized by writing in what you would like to buy each person/from where/for how much, and then check if off when it's done! You can easily see who you still need to buy something for and who already has all their gifts purchased!

10. Menu Planner & Grocery List: Whether you're planning your big Christmas dinner, a Christmas Eve get together with friends, or a family lunch, you can plan out the appetizers, entrees, sides, drinks, and desserts and write down everything you need on the shopping list on the same page. Print out as many as you need for however many events you are hosting!

11. Address Tracker: With so much going on you don't need to spend your time looking for mailing addresses for your family and friends to whom you want to mail your Christmas cards! Keep them all in one place by printing out this sheet, writing in their names and addresses, and then repeating the process until you have a whole section in your planner with your favorite people's addresses, ready and waiting for when you need them!

There you have 10 different ways (plus a cute cover!) to organize your Christmas this year and every year! All of the pages can be printed out multiple times and used year after year - purchase once, use forever!

Included in the .zip file is a PDF file containing 26 8.5"x11" pages for you to print at home or at any print shop.

This listing is for the digital files only. You will not receive any physical product.

Item is for personal use only. When it comes to digital files, sharing is NOT caring.

See my Store Policies for full usage details and FAQ, and feel free to ask me any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

Due to the nature of digital files I am unable to issue a refund after purchase. However, if there is for some reason something that needs to be addressed I will work with you to get it fixed!

Thanks for visiting my shop, and Merry Christmas planning!!!
