- If you are from the US please be aware that lately USPS is not updating the tracking number information from packages from Spain once the order leaves Spain. If you want to get more tracking information once the order leaves Spain you should contact your local USPS office. We are sorry about this situation but it's out of our control.

★Your package will be sent from Spain via the spanish national postal service Correos. Once the order arrives to your country, it will be delivered to you by your national postal service.

★Shipping prices are calculated on weight and size and include the cost of shipping materials.

★You can choose Standard Shipping without tracking number or Registered Shipping with tracking number during the checkout.

IMPORTANT: Standard Shipping is NOT trackable. Keep in mind if you choose this option and your package goes missing, there’s not much we can do about it and we can't be held liable.

★How long will it take for my order to arrive?

·Shipping to US/Canada and international orders usually takes from 2 to 4 weeks. Keep in mind that sometimes customs may delay the delivery.
·Shipping to Europe usually takes from 1 to 3 weeks.
·Shipping to Spain usually takes from 3 to 7 days.

Please consider this estimated shipping times before placing your Christmas orders.
