The clip was shipped late and took nearly one month to reach the UK! Items shipped on free shipping from China arrive quicker than that. Customer services were unhelpful and dismissive about it. The clip itself is of good quality but the engraving is very basic and so small and faint is hardly visible. Nothing like the pictures I have seen! All in all, I am deeply dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend. Annoyingly, I cannot upload a picture.
