Items damaged in transit must be lodged for compensation with your local postal service; Australia Post and your local postal service will then process your compensation claim between them.

Please note that you will need to take extra care of your Domum Vindemia pieces. Many of these are created with vintage crockery, some of which have gilt or silvered edges and decorations.
Please only handwash your items gently in warm soapy water and hand dry as quickly as possible.
Due to the vintage age of many of the components used in Domum Vindemia pieces, you may see some wear or aging. These will be pointed out in photographs and the item description.
Items created from salvaged vintage fabrics and doilies should be spot cleaned only if possible. If washing is desperately required, plese consider dry cleaning or washing by hand.
