John Gould Lithograph Aglaeactis Pamela

John Gould created his art in the mid to late 1800's and was one of the most respected and prolific ornithologist and bird artist of all time. Gould, is often considered the “Audubon of Great Britain” due to his well-known production of color plates of birds in the mid 19th century.

His lithographs were drawn and colored by J Gould & H C Richter (seen on the lower left corner), and printed by Hullmandel & Walton (seen on the lower right corner). I believe this is a reproduction

This item is in very good condition and is framed and does show some yellowing with age

Dimension: 13" x 11" includes frame
