I designed and built this cabinet around a 1903 version made by the American Bolt and Screw Case Co. I have just completed it and planned on using it in my shop to house my screws and bolts, but upon completion I realized it was too pretty to be used in the shop, within a few days it would be coved in saw dust and greasy fingerprints, I feel it deserves better than that.

The entire cabinet rotates 360 degrees on 12 transfer bearings at the bottom and contains 112 drawers along with dividers so that makes 224 compartments. Most of the cabinet is made with AC plywood where it wouldn't show and edge banded or veneered with beautiful Western Red Cedar, sometimes I can get lost staring at the grain, some of it is straight and some is wavy and compressed around the knots.

I have screen printed each drawer with a design that complements the original and installed almond porcelain knobs and antiqued brass label holders. The entire thing stands 62 inches tall with the base and is 31 inches wide The drawers are 10" wide 3.75" tall and 9.5" deep, and has several coats of a semi gloss polyurethane.

Currently the cabinet is at my dad's antique mall, Forever Antiques in Farmington, MO, and if you are truly interested I will meet you there to look at it and help load it if you want it. Due to it's size I won't be able to ship it, But it is located a short one hour trip south of St. Louis. I can swing a little on the price but not much, however making an offer can't hurt.
