Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify me within 3 days that you are planning to return. Pack the items back in the original package and mail back within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. If you have purchased the item with free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. The items must be in the same condition they were purchased. No refunds will be issued for the items returned in the condition other than the original: visible signs of wear, smell, stains, snags, torn, broken, altered in any way. I do my best to take clear pictures, post accurate descriptions and measurement. Please take your time to check the listing before placing order to avoid unnecessary expense of shipping items back.

Shipping policies

Orders ship within 1-2 days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please note the estimated delivery time while placing your order - different shipping options available. Unfortunately, weekends, holidays, and bad weather may result in delays.
Automated calculation of combined shipping may not be accurate. I will refund the shipping overcharges at the time of processing your order.
SAFETY: Tracking Number will be provided for each shipped order. If you are not sure about the safety of your delivery location/mailbox, please send me a convo with the request of Signature Confirmation of delivery or Hold at the Post Office for pick up.

Additional policies

I wrap small items like earrings and brooches in tissue and pack them into a small bobble envelope. The light weight of the envelope allows to save on the shipping. Some small items may come with a complementary gift bag or gift box. It's usually mentioned in the listing descriptions. I wrap fragile items in tissue, bobble wrap if needed, and pack them into a corrugated box to insure that your order arrives safely.
I usually pack clothing into mailing poly-bags. They are light weight, yet will keep your items safe. I keep my packaging simple in order to keep the items in my shop affordable for everybody. My main goal, when it comes to packing and shipping, is to get your order delivered safely.
