We ship within 1-3 business days, by United States Post Office First Class Mail only, from ShimmerTatts headquarters in Kentucky. You will receive a USPS "tracking number" but be aware the postal service will often times ONLY scan your envelope package again once it reaches you, so please think of it as a "DELIVERY CONFIRMATION" number only, and not actual step by step tracking.

If you have questions concerning your USPS tracking number OR its route please CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.

In the very usual event your package is delayed due to the post office, we require a 10 day waiting period for replacements to be sent as ALMOST ALWAYS the post office has made an error that they quickly rectify to get packages back on their way merrily. ShimmerTatts ships PROMPTLY so your understanding of postal delays out of our control is appreciated. We apologize on their behalf if their glitch has caused a missed deadline for an important event.

In the rare event your tracking info states your package has been DELIVERED but you do not have it, please contact your local post office immediately as they will know where they placed it. We will not know this.

Order CANCELLATIONS cannot be accommodated at this time as we ship too many orders a day, so please refrain from asking for any special "shipping deadline requirements" in your "note to seller" comments on your order form such as, "Please cancel if I can't get these by Friday," or "Must have these by Saturday," etc.... We are unable to accommodate special requests. Your order WILL SHIP from Kentucky within 1-3 days as stated here in our policy, and will be delivered at the discretion of the US Postal system. Any "returned to sender" items cannot be refunded due to the hygienic concerns of skin decals.

We are unable to accommodate any upgraded shipping, overnight rush shipping, or address changes to order forms, however, we often ship the same day as payment is made so you will receive your order as fast as possible.

ShimmerTatts CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for ERRORS on buyer's order forms, or requested changes, due to the timeliness of our order processing.

Replacement tattoos will be sent ONLY at the expense of the buyer if buyer offered incorrect address. We apologize in advance if your order is unfortunately shipped to the wrong address due to failing to supply the correct one on your order form.

This policy ensures ALL buyers get the absolute fastest shipping possible.

----- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? -----

Yes, we ship worldwide!

We state true value of "merchandise" on envelope as required by law. Buyer is responsible for knowing and paying duties into their country as "return to sender" items due to non-payment or otherwise will not be accepted for return or refunded. All tattoo sales are final.

Though international shipping USUALLY TAKES around 14-21 DAYS, due to the unpredictability of Customs and the back log of imported items into your country shipping can on rare occasion take 4-6 WEEKS. Refunds given or replacements sent will happen AFTER THIS 6 WEEK WAITING PERIOD as most often items are delivered safely.

Once the packages have left the US we are unable to contact our post office for questions about timing. So, please understand this prior to purchase. Your order can take UP TO 6 WEEKS, depending on Customs in your country.

Cancelations/refunds will not be given due to Customs delays that cause your order to miss a deadline/event. Your order may take up to 6 weeks, depending on the backlog of imported items into your country. We are unable to accept returns of skin decals due to hygienic concerns. They are a final sale.

International tracking info will often state "Chicago" as the last scanned location, but this just means Chicago was the departure city of your order from the US, and it likely to be in transit for AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS before it may be scanned again at the discretion of Customs in your country. This is very common and expected, but "lost" packages are extremely rare.
