Our production time on average is 1-6 weeks. This time frame can vary due to high order volume & holidays. Please review the 'Shipping & Policies' tab under each listing for more detailed info. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Tracking info is provided when your order ships I only ship to the 48 mainland U.S. states. I am unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to the higher risk of damage during transit and increased shipping costs. If an order is placed with a shipping address in Hawaii or Alaska, it will be canceled and fully refunded.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time we are not taking any custom orders.

Do you provide a proof for personalized orders?

Yes! Proofs are available by request only. If you would like to review a proof before your order is made, please let me know in the personalization box or order notes when placing your order. Due to the high volume of personalized orders I receive, I am unable to automatically create and send proofs for every order. To protect my original designs, I also do not provide proofs prior to purchase. Once your order has been placed, I will send your requested proof within 1–3 business days for your approval before production begins.

A note about stain color and wood

Wood is a natural material. There may be knots, holes, cracks, and there will be a different wood grain pattern on each piece wood. Our wood is stained evenly, but the wood absorbs the stain differently on each piece . So some pieces may come out lighter while other pieces take the stain a little darker. So you can expect variances. We do not accept any returns for color variances or knots in the wood.

Why does it take so long to get my pet feeder?

We are a small shop of two people and at any given time we have 200+ orders in queue. Rest assured we are working hard to get your order out as soon as possible. We THANK YOU for supporting our small business!

Freshly Finished Handmade Products

Please note that each piece is handmade and made to order. Because the wood is freshly cut, painted, stained, and sealed before shipping, there may be a temporary paint or wood odor upon arrival. This is normal and the smell will typically dissipate within a few days once the item has been removed from packaging and allowed to air out. Those who are especially sensitive to smells may wish to let the item air out in a well-ventilated area for a short period before use. Temperature changes during shipping and sealed packaging can sometimes make natural wood and paint odors more noticeable at first. Thank you for supporting my handmade shop!

This bed is so gorgeous!! It is the second one I ordered (one for the bedroom, one sunroom). The quality is so great and the people that work here are great to communicate with. They also are so pretty/the scripts with the names written looks perfect in person.

I was absolutely thrilled to see the bed was the quality I had hoped for. The construction and reinforcement in sold wood underneath is impressive.
