Personalization is printed on the white vertical banner that separates the solid and patterned papers. When ordering, please include your personalization information in the comments box. Please limit text to 48 characters (including spaces). If your text is longer, message me and I’ll see if I can fit it in by reducing the type size. If you need suggestions on what to print, send me a message and I'll send you some examples. :)
Add the extra pages listing(s) to your cart before checking out (see the "Extras & Add-Ons" section). Please note that most of my books are wire bound, so pages must be added when I create your book. Additional pages cannot be added after you receive your book, so now is the time to order them. :)

I send text proofs for personalized items, usually within 24 hours (except on weekends). If you have not received a proof after 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact me. Turn-around time for most orders is 3-8 business days (sooner for funeral books). This time frame does not include shipping times. Custom orders may take longer. Although I take great care in wrapping and protecting your book, occasionally a book is damaged in shipment. If this happens, it is extremely important that you notify me immediately and that you keep the shipping box. You will need to send me photos of the damage to both the box and the book. Without such evidence, I cannot file a USPS insurance claim. You must keep both the box and the book until after the claim has been closed.
