We harvest our wood from construction/destruction sites along the Gulf Coast. Our wood is solid 1.5" thick which makes our rustic furniture super heavy duty! All of this wood was destined for the landfills. We are also involved in a lot of charity work along the coast. To learn more about our projects just Google "Sculptor Marlin Miller".

Please keep in mind that each rustic piece is unique and original, handmade by our team at our location...100%. Sizes are approximate measurements due to the fact that we use old reclaimed wood, but will be within a half inch of the advertised size. We are located in the Florida Panhandle and get most of our wood from storms that have destroyed establishments, trees, and residential properties. We have several construction companies that keep us supplied with wood that would typically be headed for the local landfill.

All pieces have been sanded without jeopardizing the natural beauty that mother nature has inflicted on the wood, however, it is wood so be aware that splintering may occur. When using "reclaimed" wood also keep in mind that the boards may have nail holes, saw marks and other inconsistencies that make it unique and rustic. Over time, your piece may check, which is a natural process for wood with humidity changes in its environment. When staining the "reclaimed" wood, the stain will be applied evenly, however, the wood may absorb it differently leaving it with an old, rustic and distressed look.

Our raw steel varies in color from a light charcoal to a dark charcoal.
