All Elizaville Beeswax Candles are handmade by me, one at a time, in my small cottage studio. Please be aware that this is not a factory process! Some imperfections (an occasional fleck of a different color wax, bubbles or small cracks, for example) in the candles should be expected.

REGARDING “DRIPLESS”: Please use common sense. Beeswax is considered to be “dripless,” if burned correctly, undisturbed, away from any drafts, and in a properly sized holder appropriate for burning candles. However, I cannot make any guarantee that your beeswax candles will not drip or run, so appropriate precautions should always be taken to avoid melted beeswax getting on tablecloths, surfaces, etc. For best results, trim wick to approximately 1/4” to 1/2” before burning (and while burning), do not move or disturb candles while burning, keep away from any drafts, do not burn outdoors, make sure candles are properly and evenly seated in candle holder, and not placed at an angle. ALWAYS use a proper candle holder that is capable of catching any melted wax.

REGARDING COLOR: It is important to note that colors will vary from batch to batch due to differences in dye lots, as well as the base-color of beeswax. Beeswax is a product of nature, and as such, the actual wax color changes regularly. This is beyond my control and must be accepted as part of the product’s nature.

Additionally, colors may appear differently on screen than they do in person, as each computer monitor displays colors differently. If color specifics are critical, you must contact me prior to purchasing to come to a prior agreement about color.

NOTE: returns/exchanges are not guaranteed, and may be granted ONLY after consideration of the circumstances. I do not accept returns on candle holders, nor do I accept returns on items the buyer has changed their mind about. Please make sure you know what you are ordering before you order. Check dimensions carefully!

Occasionally a return will be granted (as in the case when the wrong item is shipped). Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of receiving item(s) to discuss. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping costs.

All packages are carefully packed securely to arrive safely and intact. I cannot be held responsible for items lost, broken or damaged in shipping.
