PLEASE, .. read and follow the directions regarding the care of your cutters. With proper care, our metal cutters should not rust. I have some that I have been using for 20 years. We can not replace any cutters that rust after use.

Shipping policies

SHIPPING - We normally ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings. If Monday is a Postal holiday we will ship Tuesday and Friday of that week. Occasionally it may take a day or two longer. Our mail goes out in the morning. Orders received after 8 am Eastern Time will be shipped the NEXT shipping date. NOTE: - We can NOT ship overnight. We simply do not have that option available in our area.

We do not use the new calculated shipping option because it drastically inflates your shipping costs!

Any claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery confirmation date.

CUSTOM ORDERS - Sorry we do not take orders for custom made cutters. We can accept custom orders for larger amounts of in stock items with 3 weeks notice.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION - All US orders are sent with a tracking number. Once the package is marked "Delivered" there is little we can do from our end. It is much faster if you can contact your local post office to see if an error has made. Many times it will be based on your local carrier's memory, it is important to act quickly. We will gladly refund payment for any undelivered items once you provide a copy of a complaint filed with your local Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, please do not ask us to mark your package as a "gift". We can not mark it anything other than merchandise without breaking US Customs laws.

You are responsible for any import taxes for your country. If you refuse to accept delivery and return the items, you will still be charged for postage.

In some cases, the number you receive with the notice that your item has been shipped is NOT a tracking number. It is a US Customs number and will only show the port of exit from the US. The US Postal Service is gradually adding tracking to many countries. Hopefully this problem will be solved in the near future.

WHAT TO TO IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED:
When the item is delivered at your address, the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.) will scan the package as delivered. If your package states that is has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first double-check with all members of your household and in surrounding areas of your address. Carriers may leave a package on a porch, tucked inside a door, etc. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact your local Post Office. The faster you act, the more likely your package will be found.

You may notify us as well, however, all major couriers require the recipient (you) to make a dispute against a delivery scan. These couriers will not allow us to make that dispute on your behalf. For this reason, while we are happy to assist in any way possible, the quickest method in determining where your package is located is to contact the courier directly with your tracking number and address and explaining the situation to them. Most all issues surrounding non-delivery are quickly resolved this way. If not resolved please file a complaint with your local Postmaster.

Please understand, we have no way of knowing how long your package will take to get to you. We can estimate a US delivery date, but can make no promises. We can not give a delivery date for any international packages. There are simply too many variables.
