HOW • TO • ORDER

• Change the 'Quantity' to the number of bracelets you wish to order

• Choose your cord colour from the dropdown menu

• Use the 'PERSONALISATION BOX' when ordering and let me know the personalisation for your display card, which card design you would like (blackboard, apple or plain) and your cord colour if you would like a specific mix of colours

TURNAROUND • & • SHIPPING

• All pieces are custom made just for you and shipped from the UK. My turnaround time is 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday), this may change during peak times (please check my homepage & Shipping Policy for any changes)

• Once shipped, UK orders are shipped 2nd class and International orders are sent 'Standard' (please see my Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times once dispatched)

• Rush my Order: Upgrade to 'Rush my Order' in the checkout to have your order prioritised and shipped within 2 working days (This upgrade speeds up manufacture but not shipping estimates)

• Tracking: Orders are not tracked, only proof of postage is obtained. Upgrade to 'Tracked' or 'Tracked and Signed' in the checkout (please see my Shipping policy for T&Cs)
