Ok, seriously. These leaves look so real that I just have an urge to jump in the pile of them I have on my table right now!

These leaves have color on both front and back, which makes them extremely resistant to the curling that happens from humidity. They are approximately 1.25" to 2.5" wide. Each set contains 16 images. You may use them as 16 single flat images, which stand up nicely on a cupcake, or you can choose to have them steam curled for a very realistic effect. We used 5 sets on the 4-tier cake dummy in the photo.

Unfortunately we are unable to make color changes on this item.

*Wafer paper is an edible paper that can be printed using edible ink, and placed on buttercream, royal icing, fondant or beverage. It stays rather firm and papery, and the consistency is similar to communion wafers. It should be stored in cool, dark place in the sealed plastic bag in which it is shipped. Do not refrigerate or freeze. It will keep indefinitely. However, edible inks may fade if exposed to light for extended periods.

We are happy to customize, if at all possible, any of our products to make your special event a success. A non-refundable deposit may be required, depending on the degree of difficulty in creating your item. Please note that when you ask for a custom order, you must be available to answer any questions we may have regarding colors, sizes, or any other information we may need from you. In most cases, there will not be any shipping delay for custom orders, but plan on an additional 2-3 days for us to make your item, just to be safe.
Wafer paper is best for desserts where the decoration can easily be removed before eating. While it is completely edible, wafer paper can be, well, papery in the mouth. It is slightly transparent, so should be used on items with a white background. The major benefit to using wafer paper on cakes and cupcakes is that it comes to you precut.

Frosting sheets are soft and slightly sweet and are barely noticeable when eaten with the dessert. These are best used where it is difficult to remove the decoration before eating, or the background color is not white. One drawback to using frosting sheets, is that not all designs and sizes are available in a precut state and you will have to cut out the designs before placing them on your dessert.
We are happy to do rush orders if time permits, and it does not push any of our current orders behind. We may add an additional charge for this service. Please keep in mind that you must allow for shipping time, so asking for an item on Friday that you need on Monday is just not going to be possible. While we here at Sweet! can accomplish amazing feats, unfortunately the postal service does not run according to our schedule.

This is super easy, and they come out looking exactly like the real thing! Just paint the wafer paper rose petals with a thin coat of corn syrup or piping gel, and gently shake them in a small container of granulated sugar. Set them on wax or parchment paper to dry.
These candied rose petals will stay soft and pliable, even after they dry. If you would like to crisp them up, put them in your oven at the lowest temperature setting. Leave the door slightly ajar. They should be dry in about 30-60 minutes. You can also crisp them in a dehydrator.
