Description

When you become a mother or father your life changes; no longer is your life focused on “doing whatever I want” but with a burst of joy we quickly realize our lives are not about us alone. It is about the new life we can feel moving inside, hear crying at night to be held, or see smiling when this child hears your voice.

Like Hannah in 1 Samuel 1:27, "I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I asked of him”, prayer never ceases as the child grows. In the constant act of a mother and father deepening their relationship with God through prayer, the will of self is surrendered with a deeper happiness to serve the good of others, of this child.

The Pattern Details:
This cross-stitch pattern comes with a list of supplies needed, including the DMC floss colors used. A list of stitches used are given along with a brief tutorial. Pattern graphs included are a full color chart with fill colors and symbols, a black and white chart with only symbols. Photographic examples of the finished examples I stitched and framed are shown too.

Stitch Count Dimensions:
214 stitches W x 148 stitches H

14 PT APPROX. 15.25” X 10.5”
16 PT APPROX. 13.375” X 23”
18 PT APPROX. 16.5” X 9.25”
22 PT APPROX. 9.75” X 6.75” (SIZE USED IN PHOTOS)
32 PT APPROX. 6.65” X 4.6”

Recommendation: Use a higher cloth count (22-32) in order to produce the smoothest letter forms. If using a 14/16 pt. aida cloth the letter forms with be choppy or pixelated.
