- If the surface you are planning on installing the paper has been painted, let it dry for at least 4 weeks!

- Custom orders are not returnable/refundable!
- ThinkNoir do not offer refunds, but are happy to send a replacement item if the item was damaged. Any defects has to be reported immediately, with a proof of photos. Keep in mind that the product cannot be used, otherwise the order will not qualify for a refund.

* All orders will be shipped with FedEx Priority shipping method that takes 2-3 business days. Keep in mind there is production time 3-5 business days after receiving payment. Also all the orders are shipped from Europe. Please make sure that your address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes.
