If you want to learn to draw and illustrate fashion, this is the book! It is organized into three sections: Drawing the Figure, Drawing the Garments and Rendering the Fabrics. It goes step-by-step though all the basics of drawing fashion, covering everything - heads, stylized hands and feet, multi-ethnic faces, men, children, and different silhouettes. There's a wonderful section on fashion history using black silhouetted illustrations. One of the best parts might be the many step by step drawing instruction on garment details, fabric drape and textile prints and textures.

Some illustrations are colored, others are black & white - there is also a section with colored pictures on glossy paper showing the garment fabric pattern worn by the models.
