The colors in this beanie are gorgeous. The ribbing was a little snug when I put it on, but it has "eased" a little for a comfortable fit (which is to be expected with wool- if it is loose to begin with it won't keep my ears warm). The workmanship is great and it should give me years of wear.

Returns & exchanges
If you have any concerns when you received your item, please contact me within seven days from receiving. Unfortunately I will not be able to accept exchanges (simply because I usually only have one of each item), and will not be able to refund you if have used or worn the item.

As for the patterns, the item sold is a data file and is unable to be returned, once you receive the confirmation email, I will not be able to give you refund.

For the cell phone cases: Even though we will be pay our closest attention to make each cases as well padded and secured as possible, AZURE KNITS+ will not take responsibility for damaged phones due to dropping etc.
