CHAMBERS BROTHERS, Time Has Come Today Rock Clock with 1968 vinyl 45

With the hours appointed by individual watch faces, this clock is an obvious play on the song's theme. The 12 o'clock position is represented by a vintage pocket watch set atop an old drawer pull, the other 7 watches are all different and to the best of my knowledge, none of them work. The 45 is mounted on a silver laser disc; there is some wear on the record label.

Best known for their soul-meets-psychedelic rock sound in 1968, "Time Has Come Today" was an 11 minute single and the first major hit for the CHAMBERS BROTHERS which eventually became the showpiece of their raw live performances. Their music has been kept alive through heavy use in commercials and film soundtracks such as Apocolypse Now. 13" diameter; lay clock over a decorative bowl for table top art.
