This model of the Norwood Director was probably produced around 1950. This meter includes three interchangable covers for the photocell: a "Photosphere," which is the diffusing hemisphere--the key component of the original Norwood patent; plus a flat disk diffuser ("Photodisk"), and the "Photogrid", which changes the meter from measuring incident light to reflected light. See picture 3 for the disk and grid covers. This meter also comes in a nice leather case with a working zipper.

This meter looks to be in great physical condition but it is untested and in unknown working order. This is part of my grandmother's extensive collection of photographic equipment and is being sold AS IS. Check out our other items!
