The cutest hat ever - my current design for warm woolen and fashionable head wear - the Infinity Hat with crochet swirl accents and tassles is my favorite design for corespun yarns as it takes advantage of the energized singles slanting if knitted in stockinette stitch only, but here it contribute to the infinity of eliptic circles that is embodied in this hat design. This hat design works well also for other types of artyarns.

My spiral hats... and the fitting mantra for everything else that I create on my spinning wheel and with my knitting needles (with the occasional hook involved as well): "And when we twist fibers into yarn we are actually creating a spiral. And the spiral is a cosmic gesture of creation." Renate Hiller from Fiber Craft Studio, Threefold Educational Center in Upstate NY

Please refer to the first picture for current styles in stock.

Fibers include corespun lambswool, alpaca and/or mohair in natural colors and handdyed shades as listed with each hat.

All of the hats have the asymmetrical crochet accent in contrasting colors and most have also a button accent.

All of them have a totally fun tassel!

Additional policies

Each item has been crafted with a lot of love and handiwork in a smoke free environment, and is unique either in fiber, color or design or all of the above.

Most of my designs are truly one of a kind, because I use my own hand-spun and hand-dyed yarns. I also will occasionally use commercial yarns, but will not promote a particular brand. I mostly work with my own patterns. I also draw inspiration from printed patterns, but overall hardly work from a particular one pattern and oftentimes end up combining various elements from what catches my attention and inspiration.

I do want to state that I have 2 short-haired non-shedding dogs (Chocolate Lab & Weimeraner X), but they know to stay out of their mommy's fiber palace. Very rarely do I find a stray hair in any of my fiber projects.

I am happy to spin any of my spinning batts that I am offering here on the site for you. Just contact me :)

If you see an item that sold or want a current listing in a different color, contact me. If I can, I will make another one or discuss different color/fiber options with you.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.

I am always happy to trade and barter. Just make me an offer :)
