Staccato is defined as an unconnected note which is short and detached, and although the lines in this bracelet run from end to end, there's just something about the pattern that reminds me of staccato. (I used to play violin, and I remember plinking the strings for the staccato sections in a piece of music.) So I'm exercising some poetic license in naming this piece.

This is a new design for 2010, and this is the second version of the design I've created. This one shows off my love of metallic beads: shades of silver, copper, and bronze abound in a bracelet that goes from day to evening without batting an eye.
