Spun from a handcarded batt, these laceweight singles contain all sorts of bits and nepps, spun in securely for a beautifully tweed look. The muted orange\/red shades will be sure to add fire to any lace project.

Fibers were blended with three passes on a drum carder before being spun short draw on my antique 25" Norwegian saxony.

40% merino, 20% corriedale, 20% BFL, 15% alpaca and 5% peace fleece and silk noil; 400 yards in 36.8 grams, 35 wpi; handwash only.
