Teardrop shape spalted pecan vase supported by a red tinted holly and brass rod stand. This piece of wood was salvaged from a 100 year old tree downed by hurricane Ivan. The wood came from a fork area and features great color and grain.

Stands 6.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches in diameter. The vase was sanded to 1200 grit and sprayed with 20 coats of lacquer before buffing with wax.
